Almost done, and every fix breaks something?
Your AI
builds.
You decide
what’s kept.
Praxeri is for founders building with AI: set your finish line, see each change working in a private preview before it touches what already works, and keep only what you approve.
Clients can book a session with me online, without emailing back and forth.

“Let customers book a time”
Praxeri recommends: Accept, because its 2 checks passed and its private preview is ready.
- Checks
- Passed. Checked by the project’s own commands in the build (not by Praxeri).
- Preview
- private: only people on this project can open it, here in Praxeri
Nothing is merged, released or deployed until you choose Add to my project.
You know this part
The first version came fast. Finishing it is another story.
Vibe coding, or whatever you call it, got you a real first version. That’s progress. Then this starts:
Working parts stop working.
You ask for one change, and something you already had breaks. So you stop touching it.
The attempts add up.
Credits, plan limits and evenings go into the AI fixing its own mistakes, and you’re no closer.
Nobody can say when it’s done.
It looks finished in the demo. Is it ready for real people? There’s no line to check it against.
AI made building faster. It didn’t make finishing easy.
The missing piece isn’t more AI, or an engineering team.
When a project stalls, the usual advice is more prompting, or an engineer to finish it. Both treat the symptom. What’s missing is praxis: purposeful building. Know what done means, build only toward it, and see the proof before anything counts.
Hiring someone can fix today’s bug. Praxeri keeps the finish line, the plan and every decision with you, change after change.
Praxeri isn’t another AI builder, and it doesn’t replace the one you started with. Your own Claude does the building. Praxeri holds your finish line, plans each change, shows you the proof and asks for your decision.
Praxis: turning an idea into purposeful action.
One change, start to finish.
Direction
The right outcome.
Say what finished means.
In your own words. Praxeri keeps it as your Finish Line and holds every change to it.
So “done” stops moving.
You’ll see: “Finish Line · Confirmed by you” at the top of your project.
Approve a plan with “Done when”.
Talk a change through in Chat. It becomes one plan: what will change, how you’ll know it works, and who pays. Nothing is built until you approve it.
You’ll see: the plan, with Praxeri’s recommendation and the reason.
Praxeri recommends: Approve this plan, because it builds only what you asked, on its own branch, and nothing is merged or deployed without you.

Action
Your own Claude, on its own branch.
Your own Claude builds it. You see it working.
It runs in an isolated cloud sandbox, on its own branch, then, when your project can run one, opens in a private preview inside Praxeri, with a plain note of what was checked and by whom.
So your working version isn’t touched until you say yes.
You’ll see: “Own branch · Not in main yet”.
Proof
An earned decision.
The proof is what you see working, and a plain note of who checked it. If nothing was checked, it says so.
You decide.
Accept, Not yet or Revise. Nothing joins your project until you choose Add to my project. A step is done when it’s in your project, not when an AI says so.
So nothing gets in without your yes.
You’ll see it on your phone too.
A change is waiting to be added to your project
“Let customers book a time” is accepted and not in main yet. Add to my project, below, merges it into main on GitHub.

Technical details
Accept opens a pull request for exactly the version you saw. Add to my project merges it, and only with your approval. Not yet and Revise open nothing. Your revision notes are kept and used in later builds.
Close, but stuck? If your code is in your own GitHub, bring it. Praxeri works from there, not inside the tool you started in.
Starting from an idea? Same loop. Your finish line comes first, and your project starts in a private repository in your own GitHub.
Already building with Claude? Builds here run on that same plan. Praxeri adds what a terminal doesn’t keep: your finish line, a “Done when” for every change, and a memory of what you said no to.
It helps you build the right thing, not just the next thing.
It will tell you when not to build yet.
Sometimes the best next step isn’t more code. When it isn’t, Praxeri says so, and why.
Put the current version in front of users
You already have something people can try. Watching 5 people use it answers more than another feature would.
One recommendation at a time.
No dashboard to manage. When something needs you, it comes with the one step Praxeri recommends and the reason.
It remembers what you said no to.
Decisions and rejected ideas are kept and not proposed again. When you ask for a revision, the next build uses your note.
ExampleYou said no to a loyalty-points feature. It isn’t proposed again.
Your AI, your code, your call.
- Your own Claude, no markup. Builds run on your own Claude plan and Chat on your own Anthropic API key. Anthropic bills you directly. Praxeri never resells or marks up AI.
- No silent switch. If your plan’s limit is reached, the build stops. It never moves to pay-per-use.
- Honest checks. Every check says who ran it: your project’s own commands, never passed off as verified by Praxeri. If no checks ran, Praxeri says “None ran. Nothing was checked.” and doesn’t recommend either way.
- Your code, in your GitHub. Your code lives in your own GitHub repository.
- Nothing behind your back. Praxeri won’t publish, spend or change your accounts without asking you. Builds run in isolated sandboxes, and your credentials stay encrypted and out of your code.

Praxeri is inviting founders a few at a time and working closely with each one.

Not a coder? You don’t need to be. Everything is in plain words, with technical detail one click away.
You’ll need a personal GitHub account, a Claude plan for builds and an Anthropic API key for Chat.
Nothing to pay Praxeri in the beta. Anthropic bills you directly for your Claude plan and Chat.
Today: personal GitHub accounts only. Publishing your app to the web isn’t part of the beta yet.
No invite yet? Questions are welcome at support@praxeri.com.
Build with purpose. Finish something real.
You bring the purpose and the decisions. Praxeri helps you get there, and won’t call anything done without showing you.
